Man, Baby Get Help After Thursday Canton Fire

CANTON, Ohio (WHBC) – Fire heavily damaged a house in the 1400 block of Second Street NE early Thursday morning.

What’s left of the house will likely be torn down later on Thursday.

The Canton Fire Department was told the house was vacant, but a man and infant child did later seek assistance from the American Red Cross.

There’s no cause yet for the fire.

An Alliance K-9 investigator was at the scene.
