Canton residents now have another set of eyes keeping watch on suspected criminals in the city. Under a new citizen-based crime fighting initiative announced yesterday by Mayor William Healy, II, cameras will be voluntarily installed in neighborhoods with a high crime rate. It's part of a three-part crime fighting plan.
