Where there's smoke there's usually fire but not so at Mercy Medical Center. Canton firefighters were called to the hospital yesterday morning when employees smelled smoke in an operating room area. Officials say the compressor was unplugged and removed from the room. No one was hurt. The fridge was used to store medications.
