The fate of the latest proposal to incorporate Plain Township will be decided today by Stark County Commissioners. They have a Wednesday deadline to make a decision whether to place it on a ballot in 2010. The prosecutor's office has said that a petition from the group backing the plan included a street that did not share a common boundary with the rest of the proposed incorporation boundary.
