Man Arrested After Refusing to Use the Sidewalk

Jackson Township, Ohio (1480 WHBC) An argument over using the sidewalk lands a man behind bars in Police noticed 22 year old Cody Sharnsky walking in the road along 12th Street NW, so they stopped to tell him to use the sidewalk.

That’s when Sharnsky began to argue with the officers while trying to hide a stolen gun in his clothes. The officers caught on and attempted to arrest Sharnsky, at which time he began to “actively fight” with them.

But police took the upper hand and Sharnsky was arrested on several charges. He was also reportedly on parole.
