The Stark County Democratic Party has a new chairman, and he plans to continue the party's local winning streak. Randy Gonzales says outgoing chairman Johnny Maier was instrumental in bringing leading candidates in the national party to the area. He also says Maier's leadership allowed the Democrats to win every countywide office in Stark County.
