The teen accoused in the death of a North Canton man who worked as a guard at a state-run juvenile detention center has been arraigned in Cleveland. Entering the equivalent of a not guilty plea in Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court yesterday was 18-year-old Hubert Morgan of Erie County. He is charged with murder in the April death of 39-year-old William Hesson. Morgan was a 17-year-old inmate at the time.
