A shooting in Canton that critically wounded a Perry Township man has resulted in the arrests of two suspects. Police say Jesse Burns the Fourth was shot Tuesday on Vienna Road Southwest. Yesterday 17-year old John Frazier of Canton turned himself in to Alliance Police. 18 year old Michael Stryachalski of Plain Township was picked up without incident in the city.
