A Canton man accused of killing his ex-mother in law and his two young children will stand trial next January. A Stark County judge scheduled a trial date of January 11th for 35-year old James Mammone. Mammone appeared for a pre-trial hearing yesterday. If convicted, he could get the death penalty.
