Plain Township residents will have an opportunity to decide whether the township should become a city. A petition seeking the incorporation of the township was approved yesterday by Stark County Commissioners. The measure will appear on the ballot for the May 2010 primary. All previous issues regarding the boundaries of incorporation have been resolved.
