The Stark Area Regional Transit Authority wants riders to follow a new list of rules to restore order to its buses. The 26 proposed rules include no smoking, no loud talking or profanity and no chatting with drivers while buses are moving. The proposal must still be voted on by Sarta's Board of Directors.
