The Ohio Supreme Court is refusing to re-think its decision to dismiss an appeal by Osnaburg Township concerning a zoning dispute with C & D Landfill. The court rejected the case in December. Township officials have said a license allowing for the landfill's growth didn't meet zoning rules.
