Life in prison and a shot at parole in 31 years is the sentence for a Canton man convicted in teh June 2009 shooting death of a Perry Township man. 18-year old John Frazier learned his fate in Stark County Common Pleas court yesterday after a jury found him guilty of a lesser charge of murder and aggravated robbery. He shot Jesse Burns IV during a drug deal in Canton.
