Charges stemming from December arson fires that destroyed two apartment buildings in Massillon are expected to be filed against a city man. 20-year old Jamie Oswald is already being held in the Stark County jail on multiple charges stemming from five December garage fires on Massillon's Northeast side. Officials say more charges could come this week.
