An electrical problem appears to have touched off a fire that did an estimated 25,000 dollars in damage to an Avondale home. Plain Township fire officials say crews were alerted to the blaze at the Darlington Avenue, NW home late yesterday morning. No one was home. The cause remains under investigation.
