A new report from Forbes Magazine ranks Canton 9th among America's Most Miserable cities. The magazine cited the metro areas declining population and relatively low number of adults with college degrees. Factors ranging from unemployment to bad weather were used to determine the rankings. Cleveland was number one on the list, while Akron came in 10th.
