Canton Drug Bust: $1M in Cash Taken, Drugs Seized, Arrest Made

CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A major drug seizure and an arrest in Canton on Friday.
According to Canton police, the FBI’s Stark County Safe Streets Task Force hit a house in the 1900 block of Lakeside Avenue NW, near Meyers Lake.
They had a federal search warrant.
Officers recovered a million dollars in cash as well as significant quantities of fentanyl, cocaine and marijuana.
38-year-old Christian Clark of Canton faces trafficking and other charges.
The Stark County Sheriff’s Office, Jackson Township police and the MEDWAY Drug Task Force were also among the departments that investigated.
Also participating were the Stark County Sheriff’s Office, the FBI and the Ohio Adult Parole Authority.
