2020 ISSUES: Issue #5, Louisville Charter Amendments

LOUISVILLE, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – The mayor and city council want to make 17 changes to the city’s charter, the first real changes made since 1999.
Most of them are procedural and other changes that align the charter with state law.
Louisville City Manager Larry Collins stresses there is no tax increase directly associated with Issue 5.
Several community leaders got together to determine what changes needed to be made.
