Canton Council Poised to Approve Temporary $60.1 Million 2020 Budget

CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Canton City Council is expected to approve a temporary spending plan for 2020 next Monday night.

Mayor Tom Bernabei says the $60.1 million plan is a 2.5% increase from the 2019 budget.

The 2020 budget also authorizes an extra payday for city employees.

The calendar happens to contain a 27th payday.
