70 Tornadoes So Far: Ohio Pushing National Preparedness Month

COLUMBUS, Ohio (News Taslk 1480 WHBC) – It’s appropriate that the theme of National Preparedness Month in Ohio is “resilience”, given the record number of tornadoes that have been confirmed in the state this year.
It’s 70, and counting, given there are still four months left in the year.
Executive Director of the Ohio Emergency Management Agency Sima Merick says you want to consider how you receive weather alerts.
Also, look at the places you should go in your home or workplace if there’s a tornado warning issued.
