COLUMBUS, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC and ONN) – A lawsuit looks to be unavoidable as the ACLU takes on Secretary of State Frank LaRose and the purging of 155,000 names from the voter rolls back in August.
The group wants voters reinstated in the next few weeks if there’s any violation of federal voting laws.
They are threatening the chief elections officer with legal action.
The secretary’s office in a statement says “having accurate and up-to-date voter rolls is a core tenant of any well-run election”.
