Akron Bar Owner Sentenced to 16 Years in Prison

AKRON (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – An Akron Bar Owner was sentenced to 16 years in prison on Thursday after being found guilty for kidnapping and assaulting a woman.
42-year-old Todd Cleavenger of Barberton was found guilty of Kidnapping, Felonious Assault and Abduction, which are felonies of the first second and third degree.
Reports say that Cleavenger followed a woman home from the bar he owned and then beat her to the point of which she couldn’t escape on January 1 of this year.
