Akron Man Found Guilty of Raping Teen

AKRON (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – An Akron man was found guilty by a Summit County jury earlier today of raping a teenager that he knew.
64 year old Juba Ali was found guilty of Rape, kidnapping with sexual motivation and gross sexual imposition. Ali was said to have drove the teen to a secluded area and then raped her in November of 2018 in the Akron area.
Ali has a history of committing crimes like this. He was found guilty of rape and kidnapping in 1998, resulting in him serving a 21 year prison sentence.
