Woman Shot and Killed in Afternoon Incident in Akron

AKRON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – One woman is dead in an afternoon shooting incident in the Goodyear neighborhood in Akron on Wednesday.

The 27-year-old victim was shot in the area of Eastland and Bethany Avenues.

Akron police say the victim got out of a car to argue with another driver when she was shot several times.

The shooter drove off and is being sought.
