Akron Police Searching for Suspect Involved with Area Homicide

AKRON (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Akron Police are investigating to find out who was behind a fatal shooting that took place on Saturday morning.
Officers say an unnamed 25 year old man was shot multiple times in his car that was parked at El Puente Mexican Grill, just after 4 AM.
Despite an effort from the driver of the car to rush the victim to the hospital the man died from his injuries later that afternoon. There is no known suspect or reason for the shooting at this time.
