Beach City Man Charged in Weekend Brewster Crash Involving Buggy

BREWSTER, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A 32-year-old Beach City man faces three felony vehicular assault charges.
He’s accused of hitting a horse-drawn buggy with his car in Brewster Saturday night.
Thomas Tolley was arraigned on the charges on Monday.
Tolley is also charged for leaving the scene of the accident.
A 38-year-old woman, a 15-year-old and a baby were seriously injured in the crash.
No word on their current conditions.
