Bob Evans Shooting Trial Underway

CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Opening statements and several witnesses called to testify.
That was day one of the Richard Nelson trial on Tuesday.
The 55-year-old Osnaburg Township man is accused of killing Bob Evans waitress Rebecca Rogers at the Lesh Street NE Canton restaurant back in April.
Nelson is charged with aggravated murder.
The trial resumed on Wednesday.
