Browns Beat Jags For 1st Win
Deshaun Watson ran for 1 touchdown, Dustin Hopkins kick 3 field goals and the Browns defense recorded a safety in picking up their first win of the season at Jacksonville 18–13 over the Jaguars.
Watson finished the game 22 of 34 for 186 yards passing with no touchdowns and no interceptions. He also rushed for 20 yards and the Browns only touchdown.
As a team, the Browns gained 125 yards on the ground, led by Jerome Ford’s 62 yards.
Jerry Jeudy was Watson’s top target catching 5 passes for 73 yards.
Myles Garrett picked up 1 of the Browns 4 sacks and Alex Wright registered the safety.
Cleveland is now (1-1) on the year and will play host to the New York Giants on Sunday.
