Browns To Sign QB Case Keenum

New Browns G.M. Andrew Berry isn’t wasting any time in free agency as he has added quarterback Case Keenum to the other two free agents he’s agreed to terms with today, TE- Austin Hooper and RT- Jack Conklin.
Various media reports say, Keenum will get a 3 year deal worth $18 million dollars, with $10 million guaranteed.
