CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – Stark County’s air quality is back in the moderate range again Wednesday after an Air Quality Advisory was issued by the air pollution control office at Canton Public Health on Tuesday.
At one point Tuesday afternoon, the Air Quality Index had risen above “150”, into the Unhealthy range.
The 5:30 a.m. Wednesday reading was 73 according to AirNow, with the numbers expected to remain below 100.
Fine particulate matter from western and Canadian wildfires and weather conditions get the blame.
