Canton Man Arrested, Jailed for “Hit-Skip” Earlier this Week

CANTON (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A 30 year old Homeless man was arrested on Tuesday after reportedly walking into the side of a moving vehicle. Officers say the man, who appeared to be intoxicated when he was arrested, walked into a car at 12th Street and Market Avenue North. He was found and arrested at about 6 pm in the 1200 block of Logan Avenue NW.
