Canton Man Charged in January Traffic Death of Passenger

CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A 26-year-old Canton man is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide.
This, in the Canton Township traffic death of another Canton man who was a passenger in his vehicle.
Tyler Scullion is also charged with OVI.
The state patrol says the victim 23-year-old Kyle Gill was killed when the SUV Scullion was driving failed to negotiate a curve off Sandy Avenue SE at Route 43 back in January.
The vehicle hit two guardrails and flipped over, ejecting both men.
Scullion is to be arraigned in Stark County Common Pleas Court later this week.
