(News/Talk 1480 WHBC) – A Canton man faces 11 years in the federal slammer.

49-year-old Michael Meadows was caught with a .45 calibre weapon, ammunition and 100 grams of various opioids back in January.

The opioids included fentanyl and carfentanil as well as heroin and cocaine.

He was found guilty of federal charges in a jury trial.

Meadows wasn’t permitted to even have a gun because of prior convictions.
