CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A 44-year-old Canton man will serve 12 to 16-and-a-half years in prison on a rape conviction.
Charles Franks is accused of sexual activity with a seven-year-old.
Franks entered a guilty plea to rape and other related charges earlier this month.
