Canton Man Gets Prison Time for Passing Phony Movie Money

CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A Canton man will do some prison time for using fake movie money to make purchases in the area.
48-year-old Daniel Armstead II will do nine months on a counterfeiting conviction.
He entered a guilty plea.
Armstead was arrested in Hartville in July, but still managed to keep the bills circulating in Louisville, Alliance, Jackson Township and elsewhere.
