Canton Police Bring Back Bike Patrols

CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – The Canton Police Department has re-established it’s bike patrol after many years.

Two officers are on the downtown streets on specially-equipped bicycles.

With more officers, the patrol could be expanded to other areas.

For now, the two officers are out on sunny days and especially during special events downtown.
