Canton Police Trying to ID Shooting Suspect

CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A 46-year-old Canton man was shot in the stomach early in the day on Tuesday.
Canton police were called to the intersection of 8th Street NW and Brown Avenue, a few blocks west of Fulton Road.
Witnesses indicated that the shooter ran toward Monument Park and the nearby creek side park system.
But a suspect could not be located.
Victim Oliver Robinson was seriously injured and required surgery.
