Carrollton Man Faces Charges in Plain Machete Attack

PLAIN TWP., Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A Carrollton man’s visit to a 30th Street NE bar turned into a machete-swinging affair early Sunday.
One man suffered just a finger injury.
Jail records show that 28-year-old Shawn Lewis got involved in a disagreement with several people at the Ignorant Owl when he went to his car and grabbed the machete and began swinging it.
He’s charged with aggravated assault.
