Columbiana Man Indicted, Jailed in March Traffic Death in Carroll

CARROLLTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A 26-year-old Columbiana County man is jailed on $500,000 bond in Carroll County.
He was recently indicted on aggravated vehicular homicide charges in the traffic death of a Brown Township man.
Dakota Kincaid of East Rochester was arraigned on the charges on Tuesday.
He also faces several impaired-related charges.
71-year-old Patrick Snow was killed back in March when state troopers say Kincaid’s vehicle went left of center on Andora Road north of Carrollton, striking the car driven by Snow.
Kincaid reportedly blew a point-239 blood-alcohol level.
