Constant Rains Slow, Add to ODOT Workload

(News/Talk 1480 WHBC) – Just about anyone who works outside has been impacted by all the recent rain.
That includes road construction contractors.
ODOT says most of their projects have fallen weeks behind because of the wet weather.
One project related to the weather: a culvert along Route 93 in the village of New Franklin in Summit County is being replaced after it was washed out by the heavy rain.
That pipe was going to be replaced anyway.
