CPD: 21-Year-Old Man Shot in Head, Later Pronounced Dead

CANTON, Ohio (News/Talk 1480 WHBC) – A 21-year-old Canton man is dead, the city’s most recent homicide victim.
Police say Nathaniel Stokes was pronounced dead at Aultman after officers found him shot in the head and lying near a vehicle in the 1200 block of Nelson Place NE near Rowland Avenue.
They got the call of shots fired in the area around 1:30 Tuesday morning.
CPD detectives are investigating.
