CPD: Gunshot Victim Seen on Market Avenue N. Hit Up the Road

(News/Talk 1480 WHBC) – Canton police say a man with a gunshot wound taken by ambulance to the hospital from the area near the Memorial Civic Center Friday afternoon was not shot anywhere near there, and his injuries had nothing to do with Enshrinement events there.
They say the man in his 30s was shot somewhere near Market Avenue N and 44th Street when he tried to drive himself to the police station and got caught in Enshrinement traffic.
An ambulance was called, he was loaded in, then taken for treatment.
Police say it was a domestic incident.
