Deer Hunters are Getting Ready in Ohio

The Deer Gun Season traditionally begins the Monday after Thanksgiving and is open to all hunters. It runs until Sunday, December 8th. An additional deer gun weekend will be held later in December. Ohio Department of Natural Resources reports that over youth hunting weekend earlier this month, hunters ages 17 and and younger checked more than 10-thousand white-tailed deer.
