Stark County Dog Warden Division At Full Capacity

STARK COUNTY (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – All the cages are full at the Stark County Dog Warden. A combination of missing dogs or dogs who are looking for a home are waiting to be claimed.
Law requires the Warden to always have open changes to bring in strays. If none open up they must euthanize to create space.
