Domestic Violence Victims Get Federal Help

WASHINGTON, DC (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – The Canton-based Domestic Violence Project is getting $310,000 from the Department of Justice to aid efforts to fight domestic violence
The funding provides transitional housing for victims.
And, according to a release from the office of Congressman Anthony Gonzalez, Wooster-based OneEighty Incorporated is getting $444,000.
The money will be used for the same purpose there.
