Downtown Man Indicted in Connection With Stabbing Incident

CANTON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – A downtown Canton man has been indicted on a felonious assault charge.
That, for stabbing a 54-year-old man in the back and face early last month.
56-year-old Terry Windbigler was arrested shortly after the incident outside the Heritage House high rise at High Avenue and 2nd Street SW where Windbigler lives.
The victim was treated at the hospital.
