Drinking and Driving Still a Problem Locally

Suzanne Snyder – Stark Safe Communities, along with Major CJ Stantz, were guests on the Gary Rivers Show Tuesday morning to discuss the new Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over Campaign in Stark County.   There is an OVI checkpoint on August 22nd, that will be held in conjunction with an event at McKinley High School which will be held in memory of Michael Garrison, a young man who was killed when the driver of his vehicle, while under the influence, crashed their vehicle.  Local law enforcement, family and friends will speak at the event.
