STARK COUNTY (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – This Saturday is Stark County’s drug take back day. Those who have unused or expired medications are encouraged to dispose of them at the 16 locations spread throughout the county.

Police officers will be at each of the locations to take the medications from 10 AM until 2 PM. Officers say the program is anonymous and that no questions will be asked. Identification is not required. More than 30,000 pounds of drugs have been collected since drug takeback day began in 2010.
