Early Hunting Seasons Underway

AKRON, Ohio (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – The change in the calendar on Sunday also brings along the hunting season in Ohio.

Those who can’t wait for deer season can hunt squirrels, doves and certain waterfowl.

Squirrel and dove season and others started on Sunday.

There’s a nine-day early Canadian goose season starting Saturday.

Same for teal lasting 16 days.

Deer archery season begins on Saturday September 28.
