Stark County (News Talk 1480 WHBC) – An area road project that started in late August has recently announced the completion date is being moved back for the second time.

The stretch of Everhard Road NW east of Whipple Avenue NW is closed for a culvert replacement.

The closure was originally scheduled to end on October 25, but the date was pushed back to this Friday, November 15 due to foundation issues.

The Stark County Engineers office says heavy rain in late October along with installation of culvert box sections has resulted in the opening date to now be next Friday, November 22.
